The Delaware Association of School Administrators is proud to announce Dr. Evelyn Edney, Principal Early College High School @ Delaware State University, as Delaware's Principal of the Year; and Dr. Jerod Phillips, Assistant Principal Cedar Lane Elementary, as Delaware's Outstanding Assistant Principal of the Year. These awards are sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the National Association of Elementary School Principals in conjunction with the state affiliate. Dr. Edney and Dr. Phillips will join other states' winners in the national level selection process. DASA is excited to have these two highly qualified and well respected leaders representing the state of Delaware at the national level.
