We are now in our 2006-2007 membership year, and I am writing to let you know that it is time to renew and/or to enroll new Institutional Members of DASA. This year DASA will work toward quality professional development for educators, recruitment and retention of quality educators, quality pre-service programs, and licensure and certification regulations. DASA is currently working with the Department of Education, the Governor's staff, and other education related groups to meet the challenges of No Child Left Behind Act. All of these activities impact higher education. Becoming a member of DASA can only help in keeping your administrative staff more informed and involved. Please, as in the past, ask each member to fill out the attached form. These need to be returned to the DASA office with the payment.
