			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Delaware State University, University of Delaware, and Wilmington University, in partnership with the Delaware Association of School Administrators, announce the 9th Annual Policy and Practice Institute for educators, university faculty and students, and policy leaders in Delaware.<br />
Information on conference registration will be available in May 2011.</p>
<p>The theme of the conference is &#8220;Leading at all Levels for Student Success.&#8221; Individuals, school teams, university faculty, and all organizations associated with Delaware&#8217;s education system are invited to submit a proposal to present their own best practices or unique knowledge that applies to the conference theme. Breakout session strands are described in detail on the Request for Proposal (RFP). Click <a href="http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&amp;formkey=dExHLTJpWVB5RkpjV1VqYXAzQU12Q2c6MQ#gid=0">HERE</a> to view or complete the proposal.</p>
<p>All individuals and teams interested in presenting at the conference are invited to complete and submit a <a href="http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&amp;formkey=dExHLTJpWVB5RkpjV1VqYXAzQU12Q2c6MQ#gid=0">proposal</a> no later than Monday, May 2, 2011.</p>
