		You have been identified by one or more of our members and by your school district as an educator who may wish to enter school administration. The Delaware Association of School Administrators (DASA) would like to encourage you to pursue a career in school leadership and would like to offer you an opportunity to become an associate member or to renew your membership in the statewide administrators' organization.   Over 85% of school district administrators are members of DASA. We are affiliated with three national professional organizations and maintain close liaison with these associations. DASA also serves as a clearinghouse for local research, employment opportunities, and nearly any other type of professional information requested by Delaware school leaders.   DASA also works collaboratively with the Delaware Principals' Academy and the Department of Education in providing professional development opportunities for administrators.   The attached flyer more fully describes the work of DASA. As an associate member you will receive all regular DASA mailings and will be welcome to attend all DASA meetings and conferences. The dues for associate membership are $70 (20% of the regular membership fee).   We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to join with other state leaders in enhancing the profession.
